Dear Toddler Parents,

Finally we have some beautiful weather to get outside and enjoy!! Please make sure your child has a coat/sweatshirt we do go outside twice a day in the morning and the afternoon when it's super nice out. Also make sure your child has two changes of clothes accidents can happen often with one year olds (diaper accidents, messy from meal time, or from outside mud etc.) and a sun hat if you would like.

In the month of May we will be talking about Mother's day, the farm, bugs, gardening and camping. We will be making mother's day gifts, a garden with paint and tissue paper, butterfly feet or hand prints and s'more art. We will also be working on animals and their sounds, colors and our names and friends’ names.

Please make sure the paper that was attached to the evaluations is turned back into us for our files. As always if you have any questions please just ask we are here to help and work with you! Enjoy the beautiful weather!!

Almost 2's:

We are enjoying the weather as it warms up after such a long winter season.  With this warm weather please make sure to still bring a light coat or sweatshirt for outdoor play as the weather sometimes changes through the day.

Our themes this month are farm, bug and insects, gardening and camping.  As always the kids are enjoying and learning a lot in group time.   We are working on their names, shapes, animal sounds and so much more.

This month we are sad to say good bye to Beckett as he spends time at home with his new baby brother.  We are excited to welcome Sophia to our room.  We are looking forward to all the activities we have scheduled for May.  If you ever have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to talk to us. We would also like to wish you all a happy Mother's Day.

Thanks,

Miss Suzanne and Miss Vanessa

The Mad Hatters and I would like to wish all of the mothers a very Happy Mother's Day! Thank you for all you do!

During May, we will be learning about the Farm, Bugs and Insects, Gardening and Camping. We will be reviewing the alphabet, numbers, shapes, colors and sign language every day until the school year ends. The Mad Hatters have grown and learned so much this year!

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to see me! Have a great month!

Pre School:

This school year has sure flown by fast. Please make sure that u have taken home your child's boots, snow pants, hats, and mittens. If you could take some time and empty your child's bucket of unnecessary items that would be a big help, some of the buckets are getting pretty full. With summer approaching if you could switch out extra clothes that are appropriate with this time of year that would be great. Also, to get ready for the summer you may want to bring in a swimming suit and towel to leave in your child's bucket for the summer when we have sprinkler days. Please make sure to label them. This month we will be talking about mother’s day, the farm, bugs and insects, gardening and camping. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to let me know. Thanks.                                                      Miss Noel

School Age:

Our School Age Program during the summer has field trips on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday where they go out of the center to actives around the valley, such as swimming, golfing, movies, bay beach, nature trails, bowling, etc. Mondays and Fridays are free day where electronics are used for a short period, usually during nap time for the younger child at the center.  During school time, on days off, if there is more than one day off an out of the center activity is planned.
